i am innately drawn to plight and dilapidation;
the buildings, streets and faces the world has turned a blind eye to.
now, i am merely an observer- gathering thoughts and clues until one day i can figure out how to truly make a difference

love
no longer know
what this means
to be
too many times
set up to
fail
a kiss
a touch
ending in tears
rejection through your
disconnection
far and wide must
search and wait i will
it returns all too quickly
and easily a pawn
i become in your game
once again
